04 SOCCER LEAGUE
Founded in 2025, 04 Soccer League brings together 10 vibrant clubs across Bikita East (Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe) Ward 24 and Ward 18, namely: Mamutse FC || Gedhe FC || Chapongo FC || Chilli Boyz FC || Dukuhwe FC || Six FC || 5 Stars FC || 4A Vikings FC || 4B FC || Chishakwe V3 FC
Our mission is to empower local youth through skills development, physical activity, and community engagement.
04 Soccer League aims to foster friendly relations amongst officials, clubs' players and all other stakeholders of the League, as well as promote the development of youth football in Bikita East, Zimbabwe.
We also aim to develop young talents to professional football and fit to compete on the domestic and international stage.
With a focus on unity and growth, we aim to create a brighter future for our youth.
Our Objectives
We strive to register our league with the Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) to provide structured opportunities for our players.
Our goal is to register our players on FIFA Connect, opening doors to global recognition and opportunities.
Through sports, we aim to foster discipline, teamwork, and leadership among the youth.
We are dedicated to eradicating drug abuse and preventing early child marriages in our communities.
We also aim to eliminate livestock theft and poaching of wildlife animals from Devuli Game Reserve.

Any inappropriate conduct toward others, including but not limited to that based on an individual’s sex, race, color, weight, size, religion, national origin, age, marital or domestic-partnership status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression, will not be tolerated.
Safeguarding
04 Soccer League places emphasis on the importance of everyone's right to enjoy football and participate in our activities in safe and inclusive environments.
With our limited resources, we still aim to adopt the highest safeguarding standards and expect everyone involved with 04 Soccer League to share this commitment, irrespective of individual roles and responsibilities.
Everyone has the right to protection from abuse and mistreatment in any form from other football players, fans, match officials or any other stakeholders.
Demonstrable top-level commitment, robust governance measures, and embedding a culture of continual learning and shared responsibility for safeguarding is essential.
Prevention is the primary aim of our safeguarding arrangements.
All behaviors and actions must prioritize the rights, safety and wellbeing of 04 Soccer League stakeholders.

04 Soccer League is committed to managing health and safety effectively to protect our players and other stakeholders that we interact with.
We recognize that we have a legal duty of care towards protecting the health and safety of its players and that managing health and safety is a business-critical function.
We also aim to raise awareness and empower players and stakeholders and enhance our ability to deliver effective care and protection for any at risk.
